I’m delighted to share that I’ll be teaching at the Royal School of Needlework this summer.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞: 𝐀𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐮𝐧é𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠
This course is designed as a true introduction to tambour embroidery, guiding students from the first chain stitch through to working with beads, sequins and crystals.
Together, we will build this rose step by step.
For me, the rose is more than a motif.
It is a way into the practice…through the gesture of the hand.
