The Craft
Lunéville embroidery is a traditional French technique developed using a fine crochet hook.
Used within haute couture and Broderie d’Art, it allows beads, sequins, threads and other materials to be worked with extraordinary fluidity and precision.
But learning Lunéville is not simply about understanding the movement of the crochet.
It is a practice.
Through repetition, the hand develops control.
Through practice, movement becomes instinctive.
And gradually, technique becomes a language of its own.
The Threshold
Every journey begins with a threshold.
"The Embroidered Rose" and "The Radiant Heart" are the first gateways into this path; two initiations that introduce the foundations of Lunéville embroidery through different symbols, rhythms, and creative experiences.
Both lead toward the same destination.
Only the way of entering differs.

WHY THE SCARAB?
The Scarab is a symbol of transformation and the union of polarities.
At The Threshold, you may enter through the feminine initiation of the Rose or the masculine initiation of the Radiant Heart
Two different expressions leading to the same foundations.
In the advanced stage, these polarities begin to merge.
Feminine and masculine, Moon and Sun
(♀☾ / ☀︎♂)
forces that may appear opposite are brought together through integration.
The Rising Scarab embodies this union,
just as individual skills and techniques begin to come together into a more complete practice.
