We firmly believe that the act of making should be a meaningful, sensory experience that nurtures both the artist and the art.
The Materials
Our store is hosted on the "Wix Store" app. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We are using the software platform "Stripe", as an online payment processing and accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). Stripe also provide a faster Check Out with wallet payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay,...ect) .Wallets eliminate the need for customers to manually enter their card and billing information, offering a quick and convenient way to pay.

PRODUCTS SPECIFICATIONS
All Beads sale in the Shop are Preciosa Glass Beads. Due to the nature of this product and how the glass is cut, each Bead will differ slightly in length and/or width: they are not uniform. manushyaembroidery.com is not responsible for color variations in glass beads.In production, slight color variations are inevitable due to a number of environmental factors that cannot be controlled. These variations are industry accepted.
SHIPPING
For UK Deliveries we use Royal Mail Tracked 24®We also use a Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for Worldwide Orders.Shipping prices are automatically added to the final price at checkout depending on the total parcel weight and delivery destination.We will endeavour to dispatch your goods on the same day that we receive your order, when placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, and 9am on a Saturday. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you by either phone or email.Next Working Day delivery can only be completed and sent if we receive your order before 1pm. Please realise that even if you send the order before 1pm we will not necessarily get it before 1pm due to technical delays so feel free to call us to make sure we’ve recieved it!Please note: if your order is lost or delayed in the post we will only be able to resend it free of charge after 10 working days from the due date for UK orders, 20 working days from the due date for Europe orders and 25 working days from the due date for the Rest of the word.Royal Mail Tracked 24® is expected to be delivered the next working day.Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed is expected to be delivered between 3-5 working for Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.
RETURN
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
REFUND
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.Refunds will be given to customers who contact us, by email within 30 days of receiving their goods.The postal rule appliesYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Refunds can only be credited to the card originally debited.Refunds will be issued on the day of receiving and checking of returned goods.That you are responsible for both the postage and the goods when returning items to us. We can not be held responsible for any damages or losses made by the Royal Mail and therefore cannot refund any items we do not recieve. In the case of losses made by the Royal Mail when returning items to us it will be up to the customer to make a claim against the Royal Mail.
